How We Train

Every class at Route 3 begins with a full movement demo and intention-setting led by your coach. You’ll know what muscles you’re working, why the format matters, and how to modify or progress.

Expect a warm-up, structured intervals or circuits, and cool-down guidance. Coaches walk the floor to adjust form, give encouragement, and keep you safe.

Classes are upbeat, fast-moving, and full of people who want to see you succeed.
